Several citizens have surprised me with a lovely gesture — Gene Kalesti, Steve Draper, and Joseph Liberti have organized a gathering just before I’m sworn in as trustee.

Community Reception Town Hall Gazebo on the Village Green

Board of Trustees meeting and swearing in starts at 6 PM.
Join us at the gazebo and Village Green for a short community celebration welcoming Beth Harris and Roger Moseley at their swearing-in.
Enjoy live jazz flute and piano by Joseph Liberti and Steve Draper along with homemade cookies and pastries by Chef Gene Kalesti! Non-alcoholic refreshments will also be served.
Bring a lawn chair and come be part of this special moment in our town’s history!

A chance to celebrate and reconnect
Hope you’ll join the reception and celebrate the power of our voices in local government! Not only is it an opportunity to welcome the newly-elected trustees, but also to celebrate big win putting land annexation decisions in citizens’ hands. This win is a huge step toward reconnecting and rebuilding trust between our community and local government. I’m excited and gratified my first BOT meeting will include adopting it into the town’s municipal code!
Together, we’ll savor this inspiring moment with joyful community connections, tasty treats, and music on Palmer Lake’s beautiful Village Green on what promises to be a delightful Autumn evening.
