Preliminary Palmer Lake September 9 special election results as of September 10, 2025 1:16 PM MT.

The Town of Palmer Lake issued an update on yesterday’s special election.

My fellow candidate, Roger Moseley, was elected to the second open trustee seat. Both seats became vacant in this election after voters chose to recall Trustees Dreher and Ball.

I’m also excited about the future of my fellow candidate, John Marble. He truly cares about Palmer Lake, and I look forward to seeing him stay involved in our community. I’m grateful to have gotten to know John during the campaign and I’m better for it!

The other major topic on the ballot was the initiative to change town ordinance to put land annexation decisions into the hands of Palmer Lake citizens. This item passed as well, which means future land annexation decisions will be put to a vote, rather than left in the hands of the Board of Trustees.

I can’t express enough gratitude for the hundreds of votes I received, the thousands of hours of volunteer help that have gone into petitions and canvassing, and so much more. As your Trustee, I shall do my best to honor those contributions.

Thank you for your support!
